SKCM was appointed by the University of Pretoria for the civil and structural designs and construction monitoring of the Onderstepoort Campus: Student Residence Development project.  The project consisted of the construction of three story resident buildings, water supply, sewer, storm water drainage and roads and parking areas required for the development.
