Department of Public Works

The DR&PW commissioned the construction of a large office block in Aliwal North (7500 m²) to serve as a central service centre for the Joe Gqabi District Municipal area.  The office houses several government departments.  The old CPA library (2500 m²) was also refurbished to serve as office space.  SKCM designed the structure and civil services.
