Aliwal Spa Rejuvenation

In line with the Municipalities IDP, SKCM were appointed to design the civil and structural works for a 950 m² Wellness centre and gym.  99, 6.5 m Piles were driven into the peaty soil of the spa area to take the load of the structure.  An indoor pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, change rooms, massage and treatment rooms are part of the complex.
